Guideline for Poster Preparation for Accepted Papers (Written Presentation)

Esteemed Researcher,

Should your article be accepted for a written presentation (poster) at the Second International Conference on Indian Studies, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your poster:

  • Submission of Printed Poster: You are required to deliver the printed version of your poster to the designated person at the registration desk on the conference day, prior to the opening ceremony. Additionally, please ensure to submit a PDF version of your poster file through the conference portal by the May 17.
  • Word Count for Poster Text: The text for the poster presentation should range from 1,300 to 1,600 words.
  • Dimensions of the Printed Poster: The printed poster should measure 50 cm by 70 cm (portrait orientation).
  • Language Consistency: If the abstract of your accepted paper is in Persian, the poster text should also be in Persian. Conversely, if the abstract is in English, the poster text should be in English as well.

Main Text Layout: The main text of the poster should be formatted in two columns. The utilized figures and the font size should be legible from a distance of one meter. The recommended fonts are "B Nazanin" for Persian and "Times New Roman" for English.

The main text should encompass the following elements:

  • Abstract (150 to 250 words, preferably bolded)
  • Introduction (including the problem statement and the primary question)
  • Research Methodology
  • Theoretical Framework (if applicable)
  • Findings, Discussion, and Analysis
  • Conclusion and Summary
  • References (mention only the most significant ones)
